This website presents Aquilux's services. It is informational. Any engagement to build or run an AI assistant is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this site.

The on-page chat demo is a scripted preview meant to show what an assistant can do. It is not connected to a real business, gives no professional, medical, or legal advice, and should not be relied on for any decision.

The Aquilux name, logo, content, and design are our property or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written consent.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

The site links to and embeds third-party services (such as scheduling and chat). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Romania.
