We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer you and run the site:

• Contact details you give us — your name, email, business name, and the message you send through the contact form.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device/browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
• Strictly necessary cookies that make the site function. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies; if that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, provide the service you ask about, secure the site, and meet our legal obligations.

• To reply to and follow up on your enquiry — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding.
• To keep the website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting it.
• To comply with law (e.g. accounting and tax) — on the basis of our legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
